Meeting called to order at 1pm

Treasurer’s report: not available due to new elected member

New Business:

Discussion regarding the obligations and responsibilities of all newly elected executives.

David to update website and possible include a photo of the executive.

David will be hosting a presentation to new employees.

Reminder to stewards to build a new file for each grievance.

Wendy will be joining the EAP and EO committees as a union rep.

Discussed signing authorities being changed to include new treasurer.

Discussed upcoming training session offered by PSAC (TUB).

Reminder that PSAC will pay $25.00 for courses taking on days off and local 20007 will match that $25.00 to encourage members to participate.

Parveen Deepak requested partial funding to help cover her costs regarding the Triennial Conference. MSC. It was determined that the funds would be better used educating our members.
