NEWS CRA
has contracted an independent consultant firm, ACCESS Consultants to
conduct an evaluation of CRA’s Employee Assistance Program. Three
thousand five hundred (3500) employees have been selected at random
throughout the country to complete a short survey via e-mail. The
survey asks how the employee became aware of the EAP services and their
comfort level in using the different EAP information and access routes.
