Recently you were given a short format work description (SFWD).
You may have concerns regarding the content of the SFWD.
A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed by UTE and CRA on January 29, 2007, permitting you to use the CRA’s e-mail system to submit your concerns. This MOU is on a one-time basis limited to this purpose with a deadline of February 23, 2007.
If you have concerns regarding the content of the SFWD, please send an e-mail providing: job title, job number, CAS number, group and level and your concerns.
