PSAC National Scholarship Information » UTE Local 20026 Scholarships Our local union (Penticton Local 20026) offers two $1,000 scholarships each year to the children (as defined in the national UTE scholarship guidelines) of any member in good standing of UTE Local 20026. All applications must be received by April 30, 2012.
